Hawk von Haren is a very handsome 5 year old German Shepherd.  This boy with the classic coat and gentle eyes is one handsome Mister.   He is an adult dog with a medium energy level.  He is adjusting to kennel life, enjoys his walks and comes out trotting with a smile; he looks forward to exploring with you and tends to stick close.  Hawk is a little overwhelmed at a busy kennel and can take a little time to get comfortable with new people but, once he gives you the once-over, his sweetness shines through and he likes to come up for some pets and even follow you around. Around other dogs he seems most comfortable with calmer types. He'll express  his need for space when pushy overly energetic dogs needs to be reminded of their Ps and Qs.  Still, off leash he generally greets dog well and knows when to avoid trouble.  His idea of a fun afternoon is a walk and then hanging out with you. He appears to be housebroken. Hawk is looking forward to his very own home and comfy bed.
